Creating and launching a new hotel brand
Working with the Point A Hotels (& Queensway Group) leadership team, I scoped the opportunity to improve the performance of hotel assets being operated under a franchise agreement from Tune Hotels. Having reviewed a number of strategic options, developing and operating Queensway's own brand was the preferred route. Point A Hotels was born.

I recruited a team to develop and execute the strategic plan that encompassed brand development, product development, systems infrastructure, people capability, leading the business through the rebranding of five existing assets and the alignment of two new build hotels with the new brand.
Point A Hotels was successfully launched in March 2017, and now comprises ten hotels across London, Glasgow, Edinburgh & Dublin.
